CatharineCooperCatharine Cooper has produced award winning market and design solutions for over 20 years. Projects have included branding & identification, web design, brochures, advertising, packaging, wayfinding & monument graphics.

Ms. Cooper brings her expertise in branding and visual communications to the WiFi Rail team. The establishment the corporate identity was the first of several design tasks. The Logo Mark, reminsicent of early train tracks and updated to incorporate the essence of WiFi communications, is at the core of the company’s brand presence. Web content and development, Corporate Briefs, PowerPoint and explanatory video have all been built on that initial platform.

Prior to her involvement with WiFi Rail, Ms. Cooper handled media relations for Network Technologies International and Binary Systems. As Creative Lead, she managed projects for clients such as MAZDA, Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corporation, Allergan Herbert, Koll Construction, Site Selection Network, and Analytical Management Solutions.

Ms. Cooper studied at Art Center School of Design and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Laguna College of Art & Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature, from the University of California, San Diego and a Certificate from the Professional Screenwriter’s Program at UCLA. This education, combined with a background in international marketing, provides Catharine with a unique perspective in both creative strategizing and design implementation.

The former chair for the City of Laguna Beach Open Space Committee, and Trustee at the Laguna College of Art & Design, she is currently a Director of The Grand Canyon River Runners Association, a member of the Laguna Canyon Conservancy, and Vice President of the Laguna Beach Business Club. She writes a bi-weekly newspaper column for The Coastline Pilot, part of the Los Angeles Times family of newspapers.
