Prior to joining Wi-Fi Rail Michael Cromar was Chief Financial Officer of CoreLogic, a leading provider of collateral risk management and fraud prevention solutions to the mortgage banking community. He brings more than thirty years of broadly based financial, technology and operational management to the company.

For more than twenty years, Cromar has been a leader in transforming traditional business models into enhanced, information and technology-based organizations. He was previously Vice President of Business Transformation for IBM Global Financing, the world’s largest technology financing company. At IBM, his responsibilities included strategic planning, e-business, process management and managing the company¹s global information technology activities. While at IBM he was named a Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader for 2002.

Cromar was previously CFO of GATX Capital Corporation, a world-renowned commercial asset finance company. He has also served in senior financial and information technology management positions with Circle International, S.A. Louis Dreyfus & Cie., American President Lines and Natomas Company.

Cromar is a CPA, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University Utah. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche.
