HIs experience includes the development and implementation of marketing concepts and placement for radio, television, print, promotions and hospitality. He introduced and established a new medium called Outdoor Television, which is a satellite driven media delivery mechanism. Mr. Harrington is fluent in both French and English, and holds dual citizenship in Canada and the United States.
